Krutoo has developed an in-house Career Testing programme with structured assessments designed to help individuals, especially students, understand their strengths, interests, personality traits, and potential career paths.
Our Career Testing service is recommended for all students 13 years old and above, or who are going to start Year 9. Students will receive consulting sessions with our team to create a customised plan toward university and career goals.
Career testing services typically include:
- Aptitude Tests: Measure natural abilities in areas like math, logic, language, and spatial reasoning.
- Personality Tests: Assess traits (e.g., introversion/extroversion, leadership style) using models like MBTI.
- Interest Inventories: Explore interests using tools like Multiple Intelligences to match with related professions.
- Career Match Reports: Combine test results to suggest ideal study paths and job types.
- Consultation Sessions: One-on-one sessions with academic or career advisors to interpret results and create an education or career plan.
Contact Krutoo to book a career testing and counselling session today. We will help you build a realistic, informed academic plan that supports your child’s long-term goals and success in university and future career.
We begin with a personalised one-on-one session with the student and parent(s). During this consultation, we get to know the student’s academic background, interests, and clarify goals, such as IGCSE subject selection, A-Level plans, and university direction. This helps us understand what kind of assessment and guidance will be most useful.
Students complete a set of psychometric assessments that measure aptitude, personality trait profiling, and interest areas. Our tools are based on internationally recognised methods for students preparing for global academic pathways.
After the assessments, we will provide a detailed report with insights on strengths and subject-career alignment. We will discuss subject selection (IGCSE or A-Level), extracurricular planning, and university fit
We offer yearly follow-up consultations to review academic progress and new achievements and reassess study and career direction as needed.
It is ideal for secondary and high school students, typically aged 13 to 18, who are unsure about which subjects to focus on or what career path to consider, especially those planning to study abroad or enter international universities.
After completing the test, students receive a detailed report and a one-on-one session with our academic counsellor to review results, discuss subject and university options, and plan their next steps.
While no test can guarantee a perfect match, our assessments are research-based and widely used in academic and professional contexts. We focus on helping students use the results as a guide for further exploration.
Absolutely. The test helps students identify subjects they are naturally inclined toward, which makes it easier to choose the right combinations for IGCSE or A-Level studies.
